每月只需付99元就可以做“格子店”老板！近日，广州旺地越来越多商铺改装成格子货柜形式，“格子店风”正在蔓延。由于成本低，“格子店”深受网店主和已有铺位的店主欢迎，连“学生哥”也争相租格子尝尝做老板的滋味。

记者昨天在人民路越富广场发现，四五间原来卖衣服的商铺被改造成为四壁嵌满方格货架的“格子店”，店铺门口贴着“格子招租”的广告。逛了几间“格子店”，记者发现店铺利用率非常高，在一间10平方米左右的铺位中，竟有多达130—150个格子，格子体积一般在20厘米×30厘米×20厘米左右，月租金从99元—500元不等，价钱取决于格子的大小和放置的位置，一般处于水平线位置的格子月租都在200元以上。
[b]格子货物“古灵精怪”[/b]
逛了两间“格子店”，记者已经眼花缭乱，格子里面售卖的商品种类数不胜数，格子内尽是一些“古灵精怪”的小玩意。化妆品、颈链等小饰品、毛公仔、手表、银包、动漫模型、球鞋及一些DIY的小物品等，只要的想得出来的小物品几乎都有卖，有的格子里甚至摆放着正在宠物箱内跳动的蜥蜴和仓鼠等小动物。不过，目前化妆品仍然是“格子店”的大热货品，多间店内七成的格子都是售卖外贸化妆品。
一“格子店”店员告诉记者，与一般的店铺不同，由于存货少，“格子店”的销售很灵活，格子租客可随时根据不同的季节和节日到店铺更换货物重新装扮格子。
[b]格子成为网店实体窗口[/b]
在广场二楼的一间“格子店”内，记者看到很多格子上都贴上了格子主人的网店链接地址。店员梁小姐说，该店几乎九成的格子租户都经营网店。“很多人都觉得眼见为实，有七成顾客都是在网上看中商品后过来买货的，他们有的还带着图片过来找。”梁小姐说，格子销售和网店销售是很好的互补模式，“格子店”很大程度上已成为网店的实体物品窗口。
梁小姐说，还有些格子租户本来就在流行前线、中华广场等旺地有实体店铺，他们很多都同时在不同地段的商场租格子，使货物的销售范围大大扩展。
另外，成本极低的“格子店”还很受“学生哥”欢迎。11中初三的女生小林说：“我打算和另一个好朋友合租间格子，平时我们经常到香港购物，打折货品一般要买3件以上，有‘格子店’后就有途径把多余货品卖掉。”100多元月租分摊后每人只需付50多元，每月少买多件衣服就可以租格子做老板，很适合学生一族尝试创业。
[b]货品不讲价不试用[/b]
不过，小巧的格子存在着一定的局限。
由于格子相对独立，一般货物都是以标示价格售卖不再讲价。另外，“格子店”的店员要同时身兼100多个格子售货员的角色，所以，化妆品一般不可试用，像耳环、戒指等饰品都不能试戴，顾客只能隔着玻璃来选购商品。不少路过的顾客都担心在“格子店”里会买到假冒伪劣和二手商品，从事广告行业的小陈说：“‘格子店’成本低门槛低，而且流动性大，很多格子可能一两个月就易主，如果买到质量差的商品后找不到格子主人，都不知道找谁投诉。”小陈表示，虽然刚才在“格子店”里看到的腕表价钱比专卖店中相同款式要便易三分之一，但还是不敢买。

姚明心痛难以言语

Earlier this year, she learned firsthand about another, the male type, when she appeared in Playboy magazine. Her pictorial feature came about as the result of playing poker for a living, which is something else quite a few men daydream about. Sometime during the past year or so, it came to our attention that she's quite an avid World of Warcraft player. We thought it would be interesting to ask about her avocation, so we set out on our own little quest to contact her. A few weeks ago, we succeeded not only in doing that, but also in obtaining agreement to answer our questions. [b]Jonric: Where are you from, what's your background, and how did you first become interested in video games?

Jennifer Leigh:[/b] I'm originally from Wilmington, Delaware...although currently, I travel around and call poker rooms and nightclubs everywhere home. I attended the University of Delaware, focusing on political science, philosophy and psychology, and thinking about law school. I never completed a degree because I'm a person who enjoys reading and studying without feeling pressured to do so. Growing up, I played a lot of educational video games. They certainly helped my creativity and enthusiasm to learn since I disliked waking up and putting on my private school uniform every day.

[b]Jennifer Leigh:[/b] I love most games today. My least favorite type is first-person shooters. I played a bit of Counter-Strike and Unreal Championship, but it's best for me to stay away from them. They bring out the bad girl in me too much. I prefer role-playing and fantasy. I play a lot on DS and PSP because they're okay in airports and on planes. I just picked up Phantom Hourglass for the DS, so I'll be getting into that soon.

World of Warcraft is the only MMOG I've played recently. The Realm, EverQuest and Guild Wars are others I played earlier. When I have down time in between poker, photo shoots and traveling, I'm definitely getting some play in.

[b]Jonric: How did you become a professional poker player, what do you regard as your main accomplishments so far, and do you prefer tournaments or cash games?

online at the age 21 because I was getting tired of challenging people on Yahoo at pool, chess and spades. Being a broke college student, I began at very small stakes. I never really sat down and thought about playing professionally, but stopped attending my classes because of my late night poker games. My main accomplishments don't involve money or trophies, but rather being an attractive female in a male-dominated industry. I'm confident the wins and awards will come. My greatest strength is certainly having a natural instinct and competitive drive... although sometimes, my over-competitiveness can get the best of me.

I have no preference between live and online poker, except the latter lets me sit around in a t-shirt I woke up in, get up from my computer whenever I want, and blast loud music in the background. Playing live, it's sometimes difficult concentrating and staying still. I play both tournaments and cash games.

[b]Jonric: With the World Series of Poker under way, how many tournaments do you plan to play? How important is this event for you?
Jennifer Leigh:[/b] I don't have a set schedule as to which tournaments I'll play. If I win one early on, I may enter them all. If I run poorly, I'll probably play fewer so I can still have a sense of sanity when the WSOP is over. There are so many events that running badly for the entire series can be pretty hard to handle emotionally.

Everyone makes the WSOP out to be the most important time for a poker player, but I believe there's much more life. I sometimes look back and see how I never learned to balance my life. My first WSOP experience was much like that. Boy Survives Moose Attack Thanks To World Of Warcraft

uhhh, no. the point is getting kids to know right from wrong. more to the point getting kids to IMITATE video games IN CONTEXT. in other words, if you ARE confronted by a group of rampaging orcs that are about to kill you, by all means, run away, fight them, or kill yourself to spare the experience of being molested by giant smelly inhuman things that want to eat your flesh. but in the case of racing games and games like "grand theft auto" just like the games profess, if you do these things in real life (just like in the game in the case of GTA) you will have consequences to deal with, and unlike grand theft auto, life has no god mode, and no extra lives, and you don't just "respawn" after the police take you down in a high speed car chase, and a 238mph crash does NOT result in your car blinking in and out of reality, and resetting itself to a neutral position in the middle of the road (nfs series)
people that buy the BS that video games are dangerous, ARE MORONS! parents that do not guide their children by rational thought, and don't teach their kids that "this is a video game, and real life is a lot different" and parents that don't play video games with their kids, to find out what kind of content they are exposing their children to, without ANY GUIDANCE as to what to think about the graphic violence, nudity, explosions, terroristic impulses, I mean seriously, I think it's about time you idiotic parents that think its all the video games' faults, and yet can't "control" your kids because they just subvert your will and find ways to play anyway, and because you take it away from them will only want to continue to do it into their adult lives all the more, which will cause them to get fired a lot when they start playing video games on the computers in their places of employment.
All parents that complain about the video games their kids play, need to start playing their kids games to see what they are up to, pose it as a friendly endeavor with your child, "can I play your game with you?" if they only have it on "their" computer and are playing the game, and if the game is single player, don't be upset if they say no, they no you are a "NOOB" and they will have to teach you everything about the game if you are confined to their room, instead ask if you can borrow his CDs keep "backup copies" of all of his game discs for him, and show him the value of that, I know I got pissed later in life when any of my CDs went missing or got scratched. several of my video games got destroyed by friends and friends' children. and parents spouse's or girlfriends' children. in fact I have none of the several thousand dollars I have spent in my lifetime nor any of the games left to show for it, aside from the games I currently play. which are mostly racing games, and an MMO but its not world of warcrap. Lord of the Rings online is my drug of choice, and I am kind of taking it slow, I have one level 49 that I've been teasing my guildies with, I've taken months, building him up, and he is now half way through level 49, and I go on raids, so I don't get too much experience, but a lot of loot. well not very much really but mostly epic loot. I also encourage my children to play video games occasionally, and to understand that they are playing a game. I mean saying that someone is going to run over a hooker because they saw it in a video game, is like saying that noone alive today has ever played Lemmings. and if you don't get that analogy, go play lemmings. if you are right though, I wouldn't play it, because you will eventually have to kill yourself, as a main theme of the game is suicide
