在这三天，为了沉睡的数万四川同胞，境内外的中国国旗将下降一半，为逝去的生命志哀，为逝去的生命让道。

Premier Wen Jiabao landed on the dam of Tangjiashan quake lake in Sichuan province Thursday as water flowed into a sluice built a few days ago.
The premier walked out of a helicopter after it landed on the landslide-created dam on the Jianjiang River near Beichuan in Sichuan province to review the situation first hand.
The presence of the premier on the dam allayed fears somewhat that the quake lake was about to break its bank.

A spokesman for the local disaster relief headquarters had warned late on Wednesday that the quake lake could break its banks because of the aftershocks, and rain in the upper reaches of the river.

The water level in the largest quake lake, which holds more than 200 million cu m of water, rose to 739 m yester day, just 1.2 m below the overflowing point.
Landslides triggered by the May 12 quake have formed 34 such lakes, and People's Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers had to blast a dam in Qingchuan county on Wednesday to drain out water from one.
More than 250,000 people have been evacuated from Beichuan county and Mianyang city.
Troops carried out a thorough check in Jiangyou's towns Thursday to ensure that no villager had returned, Xinhua said.
The death toll in the quake increased by five to 69,127 by noon Thursday, and 373,612 people were injured and 17,918 missing, the State Council Information Office said.
Hospitals have treated 97,631 injured, 74,165 of who have been discharged.
Relief supplies continued to pour into the quake zone. By noon Thursday, 820,000 tents, 4.71 million quilts, 11.86 million garments, 731,700 tons of fuel oil and 1.54 million tons of coal had been delivered.
Domestic and foreign donations had reached 43.764 billion yuan ($6.33 billion) by noon Thursday, and 12.795 billion yuan had been forwarded to the earthquake-affected areas.
The National Audit Office (NAO) said Thursday that auditors are checking the use of goods and funds in earthquake relief, and the results will be released to the public around June 20.
China has dispatched more than 6,000 professionals from the NAO and local audit authorities for on-site supervision of relief resources.
In the 24 hours till Thursday noon, 166 aftershocks were recorded, the China Earthquake Administration said, and three of them were between 4 and 5 magnitude.
An aftershock of magnitude 5 jolted Qingchuan county at 12:41 pm Thursday, the administration said. But there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Till date, 10,419 aftershocks have been recorded, and they have raised the fear of the Tangjiashan quake lake breaking its banks and flooding human settlements downstream.

铝合金车轮挤压铸造工艺
[url=http://www.hbclqc3.com/cp11.html]高空作业车[/url]轮是一个重要零件。过去，国外采用压力铸造生产该铸件，铸件质量差，且成品率低，劳动强度大。针对该铸件的结构特点和性能要求，如何提高其产品质量、降低原材料消耗、节约能源、提高劳动生产率及降低铸件成本，是当前生产中的关键。从研制的情况可知，采用挤压铸造代替压力铸造是今后制造铝合金车轮行之有效的工艺。
1 高空作业车车轮材料、要求及铸件设计
图1所示为铝合金车轮零件图。车轮不仅有较高的性能要求，而且形状十分复杂。

车轮材料的化学成分(质量分数)为：1.5%～3.5%的Cu,10.5%～12.0%的Si,＜0.3%的Mg，＜1.0%的Zn，＜0.5%的Mn，＜1.3%的Fe,＜0.5%的Ni,＜0.5%的Sn，其余为Al。力学性能要求：σb＞276 MPa,σs＞115 MPa,σ＞4.4%,HB＞92。

由该图可见，为便于从铸件内孔脱出及简化模具加工，把原来的阶梯轴孔设计成圆柱形中心孔，其直径为φ30 mm，内壁斜度为3°［1］。

2 模具结构及设计参数［1］
2.1 挤压铸造模具结构
[url=http://www.clspv.com/cn/cp11.html]高空作业车[/url]车轮挤压铸造的模具结构如图3所示。它主要有凸模、右凹模、顶杆镶块和左凹模组成所要求的型腔。左凹模和右凹模分别固定在左凹模定模板和右凹模动模板上，左凹模定模板用螺钉紧固在下模板上，右凹模动模板经过侧缸在导柱上实施开启及闭合。

采用2000 kN油压机改装进行挤压铸造，高空作业车工作过程是：将定量的合金熔液浇入型槽后，固定在活动横梁上的凸模以一定速度向下挤入型腔，压力达一定数值后保压；铝合金凝固后卸压，凸模通过工作缸的回程向上移动，顶杆镶块通过下顶缸从铸件内向下退出，直到全部脱离铸件之后，再用侧缸开启右凹模，取出铸件。
2.2 高空作业车模具设计的主要参数
(1) 间隙 凸模与左、右凹模之间的间隙要适当。[url=http://www.hbclqc.com/clprod/clprod86.html]高空作业车[/url]过小则因凸模与凹模的装配误差而相碰或咬住；过大则合金熔液通过间隙喷出，造成事故；或者在间隙中产生纵向毛剌，减小加压效果，阻碍卸料。合理的间隙与加压开始时间、加压速度、压力大小、工件尺寸及金属材料有关。根据实际生产经验，单边间隙取0.1 mm。
(2) 脱模斜度 合金熔液在凸模压力下凝固成铸件，冷却后紧包在凸模及顶杆镶块上。为了便于凸模及顶杆镶块脱出，故在凸模及顶杆镶块上设有3°的脱模斜度。由于铸件外形呈圆状，且分在左、右两片凹模，只要右凹模向右移动一定距离，铸件就易从左凹模取出，故不必设置脱模斜度。
(3) 排气 在左、右两片凹模完全闭合后，合金熔液因缓慢地浇入型腔，[url=http://www.cl99.com]高空作业车[/url]型腔中气体可基本排出。挤压铸造时，留在凸模导向部分的少量气体，通过凸模与凹模之间的间隙排出。
(4) 模具材料 挤压铸造是在一定的压力和一定的温度下进行的，高空作业车不存在像压铸模那样受到金属液的冲刷。工作压力比压铸时高，只要求模具在高温下有一定的抗压强度即可。另外，为了防止与合金熔液接触的模具表面产生热疲劳裂纹，左右凹模、凸模及顶杆镶块均采用3Cr2W8V合金模具钢制造，热处理后硬度为HRC48～52，型腔表面进行软氮化处理。
3 挤压铸造的工艺参数
高空作业车挤压铸造是铸锻结合的工艺，其生产工艺过程是：合金的熔化、模具的准备(清理、预热、喷涂润滑剂)、金属的浇注、液态金属的加压、压力的保持、压力的去除及铸件的取出等。
