“最低60元，让你做老板。”这样的口号看起来像是痴人说梦话，但实现起来，并不是很难。
周欣，一个来自香港的年轻人，将一种全新的商店营销方式带到了宁波。就和他的店铺名称一样，周欣把自己的“格仔铺”营销模式比喻得很简单：隔几个格子，当成商铺租出去。
有一点让周欣觉得自己走在了市场的前沿，因为他开的这种卖格子[table=305] [tr] [td]
[/td] [/tr][/table]的商铺，在浙江省内还是凤毛麟角。
8平米的店铺
隔了14个格子出租
宁波市中心最繁华的商业街城隍庙，3258号商铺，就是周欣实现口号的地方。
店铺不大，8平米，从门面看周欣的“格仔铺”没什么特别的地方。
“这就是格子店的格子，我就靠它赚钱。”
一排大货架被隔成十多个立体小“格子”，里面的商品琳琅满目，饰品、工艺品、服装、鞋子、美容保养品等应有尽有。
“这里的‘格子’按位置、大小分成若干个档次，月租最低60元，最高250元，每个格子里的商品是别人摆在这儿的，我负责照看和销售。除了收租金，有时候我还从出售的商品上向商家收取一定比例的提成。”
周欣说，从6月底正式开张以来，短短4个月时间，周欣店内的14个格子已经全部租了出去。而让周欣没有想到的是，因为格子有限，打算租格子卖商品的人已经排起了队。
“已经和100多个有意向合作的人谈了，现在‘格仔铺’平均每天有20多单业务。形势不错。”
这种做法香港已经很流行了
在内地只有3个城市有
周欣，今年三十出头，当谈到自己经营的这个“格仔铺”时，黑色镜框后面的眼神都会亮起来。
“我不希望一辈子给人打工，我一直在努力尝试着自己创业。”
在香港大学毕业后，这个外表文静的小伙子多次自己找地方筹资金开店。服装铺、电玩店等等，虽然大都是小本经营，但每次的磨练让这个一心创业的小伙子有着比同龄人更灵敏的市场嗅觉。
周欣说，就像这次的格子店，就是在香港和朋友闲聊时知道的。“先在台湾，后在香港，格子店已经开始火爆起来。”
之所以选择从香港来宁波开店，周欣有一番自己的见解。
香港的商铺，无论大小，租金都很高，如果格子店的租金很高，为了降低成本就要增加格子，但格子一多就会产生风险。
“宁波是个商贸发达，租金也相对便宜的城市，格子就不用很多，风险自然减少，所以我觉得可以一试。”周欣说，据他了解，目前在内地以格子店形式出现的商铺，除宁波以外只有在上海和广州出现过。
格子店的利润从何而来？
虽然经营模式比较新颖，但利润从何而来？
周欣心里有一笔账：不包括水电费，他的店铺每月租金2000元，以目前14个格子全部租出计算，按平均租金150元计算，刚好可以支付店铺本身的租金。除此之外的主要收入就是来自于销售商品的提成。
“我的商铺目前以年轻学生为对象，卖女生的首饰、丛砍卓邸⑿」械攘餍杏闷贰Ａ硗庖恢殖鲎舛韵缶褪峭绲昶痰睦习濉！?
很多在淘宝上开店的朋友在经营走上轨道的时候都打算开实体店，但真要开实体店的话，投入的资金还是比较大的，加上铺租，装修，水电，雇请人员等，没有个两三万是不可能的。
但如果租用格子，把自己的货品寄卖在‘格子店’里，顺便把‘格子店’当成了同城商家交易的中转站，免去了自己要在同城交货跑来跑去的麻烦，费用也不高。
宁波市贸易局消费服务处处长冯平认为，可以把格子店看成是一个服务平台，跟现在很火爆的淘宝一样，是个C2C(消费者对消费者)的平台，只是把网铺实体化。
“格子店与网络商店各有优势，也各有劣势。格子店有空间上的限制，网络商店不能让客户有实际的商铺。两者结合起来互补，能否真的引领未来商铺发展的一种新趋势，最终还要看市场。”冯平说。

这种命名为“格子店”的经营模式正迅速在香港和澳门兴起，即在商铺内放置统一尺寸的“格子柜”，任何人只需每个月几百元的租金，就可以在格子中寄卖任何物品，“格子店”的主人会代你经营看管，招呼客人。

救援人员的脚步声刚停留在废墟前，10多个孩子的声音就传了出来：“叔叔，救我……”紧接着，哭声传出一片。北川县中学、幼儿园，曲山小学的废墟中，总会传出这样的叫声和哭声，一直揪扯着人们的心。昨天，我们徒步22公里进入绵阳市北川县，一直因我们的力量单薄而自责，为孩子们那一阵阵稚嫩的揪心呼救声而落泪……
废墟中传来幼嫩呼救声
曲山小学那两幢3层高的教学楼，紧靠背后的大山，地震发生后，滚落的山石将楼房压成了两层，一楼直接沉入地底。其中，还有一幢楼房的顶被揭开，斜斜地靠在楼前。
废墟中，有孩子幼小的遗体，压在变形的水泥钢筋之中；废墟下，微弱地传来孩子的呼救声……钻入变形的楼房中，循着声音从一些缝隙看去，有孩子因腿被压着直着上身坐在废墟中，有孩子斜靠在死去了的同学身旁……
从12日下午2点28分发生地震后，这些孩子就一直保持这种姿势，到昨天下午3点已经整整48小时。孩子们就靠前来找寻他们的家长送来的水支撑到现在。
5年级1班的张礼正在地震袭来的时候，身旁几名同学全被垮下的钢筋和水泥块砸中。等他清醒过来时，发现自己的右大腿被牢牢地卡住，身旁躺着的3名同学已经没有了呼吸，而一名同学的遗体就一直趴在他的大腿上。
距张礼正仅3米远的一处废墟中，一个孩子下半身被牢牢卡住，一听见地面有人说话，他就伸出一只小手，大叫：“叔叔，救救我……”
5年级3班的李月，同样因右腿被卡住，只得坐在右侧那幢楼的废墟中，身旁躺着3个同学的遗体，人们前去送水或想办法营救她的时候，这个小姑娘说：“别管我，先救下面的同学！”
废墟下不足50厘米的空间中，传出10多个孩子的呼救声和索要水的声音。
特警无能为力
放声大哭
两天来，这些困在废墟下的孩子们已经见到了多名救援人员，除了家长、当地村民、救援人员外，也见到了来自天津的特警。
200名特警于13日下午6点赶到现场救援，截至昨天下午2点，已经成功营救出困在北川县县城、景家村、苦竹坝水库、电站等地400余名被困人员。然而，却因为手上的施救工具只有铁锹和钢钎而无能为力。
特警们对压在废墟中求救的孩子束手无策，他们不敢乱撬楼板，担心整幢楼垮塌下来；也不敢采取粗鲁方式实施救援。特警们无能为力，他们在安慰孩子的时候落泪了，在走出操场的时候放声大哭。
村民哭喊
“要与孩子死在一起”
余运先、何家兴、朱运能等9人，皆是县城附近村子的幸存者，从第一天得知地震的消息，就在县城里到处乱窜，除了寻找自己的孩子和亲人，也积极地展开自救。
也是从第一天起，他们就发现了这群被困在废墟中的小学生，他们找过民兵、找过第一批赶到现场的救援官兵。然而，一次次的希望，也带给他们一次次的失望。昨天下午，他们看到再次噙着眼泪离开的特警，再也控制不住，找来钢钎、千斤顶等工具，在废墟前哭喊着：“我们死也要和这些孩子死在一起！”一番努力后，他们不得不放弃。
从重庆赶来北川的王川，原本来寻找在此打工的妻子，却惊喜得知妻子已经平安无事回到家中。但看到这番悲惨的场面后，王川想：“反正都来了，就帮忙做点事情。”于是，在救援的人群中，多了一个及时伸出援手的人。他从已经人去屋空的五金店找来千斤顶，一个人来到曲山小学施救。直到昨天下午，又一批来自重庆的特警赶来的时候，王川还在被困学生李月身旁忙活着。
而前来寻找孩子的彭军，喊不答应11岁的儿子，就天天到废墟前转悠，一会儿拿根铁锹撬，一会儿拿个千斤顶撑。但是，成功的几率一直为零。
救援队苦叹
无大型设备
昨天下午4点，一群来自陕西的消防战士，才进入北川县城，就被村民直接带到曲山小学。
身穿红色救援衣服的消防官兵带着电锯、破坏钳等设备，在废墟前努力营救了一番，却仍然无能为力。一位专家在现场查勘了一番后认为，必须要大型的机器设备，先将已经变成废墟的楼房一层层揭开后，才能成功营救出被困孩子。但是，由于昨天的余震还是不断，进入县城的公路已经全部被大石和沙石阻断，县城前的大桥也不复存在，运载着大型机器设备的车辆根本无法开到学校前面。
下午5点，我们离开现场时，这群消防官兵还在废墟前想办法。“绝不能让孩子们就这样被压着。”在出县城的道路上，几名头戴“咸阳消防”字样的陕西救援队员，正扛着一把大电锯前往学校。

Lord of the Rings online is my drug of choice, and I am kind of taking it slow, I have one level 49 that I've been teasing my guildies with, I've taken months, building him up, and he is now half way through level 49, and I go on raids, so I don't get too much experience, but a lot of loot. well not very much really but mostly epic loot. I also encourage my children to play video games occasionally, and to understand that they are playing a game. I mean saying that someone is going to run over a hooker because they saw it in a video game, is like saying that noone alive today has ever played Lemmings. and if you don't get that analogy, go play lemmings. if you are right though, I wouldn't play it, because you will eventually have to kill yourself, as a main theme of the game is suicide
