10月17日，商报报道了郑州首家格子铺“7875”开业的消息，随后，引来不少创业者纷纷效仿。
“据我所知，从10月底到现在，郑州已经有五家格子铺陆续开张，有意当‘格主’尝试经营滋味的市民很多。”丰产路一家格子铺的铺主张东辉说。
【记者体验】
“格子”产品介绍有点“凉”
12月9日，记者以顾客身份来到人民路上的“7875”格子铺体验消费。
也许是因为天气的原因，铺里的顾客并不多，80多个格子只有30个放置了货品，在记者和朋友一个个仔细观看的过程中，忙碌中的店主并没有过来招呼，铺内销售的主要是网络产品、小饰品以及具有民族特色的围巾和披肩等。
“像化妆品一类的产品最需要介绍，在商场当中都是开放式的货架，可供顾客试用和导购介绍，而这里的格子锁着，有点不方便。”一位女性消费者表示。
“不过那么多格子，要店主一个个详细了解并介绍出来，还真不是容易的事情。”也有消费者似乎很理解“铺主”的不易。
【随机调查】
“格子”产品质量备受关注
经营快俩月了，“铺主”孙女士最大的感受就是，前期格子租得太快，对产品把关不够严格。
记者在附近也随机做了小调查，多数顾客表示如果产品确实吸引人，应该值得一“淘”，但也有消费者对产品质量表示担心。
“由于当初都是签订一个月的租用合同，上个月我就静下心来，把一些不适合做的和质量不过关的产品都撤柜了。”孙女士说。
因为“格主”的产品都是由自己组织货源，“格主”除了对每类产品的质量进行把关之外，还需要详细了解产品特性、适用范围等信息，这无疑提高了对他们的要求。
“现在每月都会进行一次格主聚会，大家互相学习交流。”孙女士说，除此之外，按照格主的意愿吸引消费者，完善服务也是聚会热门话题。
“最近准备增加服装、箱包、皮带等区域，进行一下分类尝试，也希望更多此类的格主加入。”孙女士说。
【经营理念】
“[color=purple]随处可见，我们不见[/color]”
位于[color=fuchsia]文化路[/color]与[color=fuchsia]丰产路[/color]交*口附近，一家“[color=red]猎宝格子铺[/color]”刚刚开业，曾供职于商场做管理的铺主张东辉和马康对于超市货品组织与管理颇为内行，也正因为具备经验，他们的格子铺增加了不少专业性质的内容。
“这一个小小的格子至少能容纳几十种商品，而我这里有200多个格子，算下来就是几千种。”张东辉说，这么多商品集中在一个店里，必须要有核心文化贯穿。
在他们的概念里，格子铺不是只租格子就行了，最为关键的便是每个格子有不同的风格，必须显示出不同格主的个性，通过不同的角度展示，为格主们带来收益。
在这家铺子当中，“随处可见，我们不见；大路货品，请走大店”的货品定位，宣扬了对货品类型的要求。
“一个蕴涵文化的‘格子铺’，主要从铺主对格主的引导体现，要协助格主对格子定位，在突出个性的同时形成铺子总体定位，以吸引自己的固定客户群。”马康说。
【铺主尝试】
引入商场自助导购销售体系
对于导购不容易面面俱到的难题，张东辉想出了一个解决办法，在吧台处设置电脑查询系统，顾客可在店面导购的服务下自己动手查询。
“每个格子的产品内容、厂家、具体介绍和格主联系方式都可以查到，包括信用等级评价等，因为本身就是面向年轻人，这种方式容易被接受，也省人力。”张东辉说，对于嫌麻烦的顾客，导购员可以口头介绍。
这样形成了铺面、电子信息查询、网店的“三位一体”格子铺，“不仅可以让格主直接通过互联网查到货品销售情况，还能通过网络同城交易和品牌代购。”
在大型商场中，这些管理办法已经成熟，但在小店中引用如此“奢侈”的管理体系，还是首次。“我们把商场销售管理体系引入，因为觉得小格子也是大市场，必须细致化管理。”这是张东辉和马康的尝试。

以铺为主体将走向分类化
格子铺模式是2006年从香港和澳门引入的，短短一年的时间，这些商业前沿城市的格子铺已经有了变化，格子铺开始向专业化、分类化演变。
据了解，城市生活中适合做“格主”的人群相当广泛，网店老板、兼职者、创意商家、设计师、代理公司或二手置换、私人藏品等，都可以通过格子展示成果和商品。
“在香港已经出现了专门销售服装类或者专门销售手工制品、工艺品的分类格子铺，依托相应的专业市场，这样的格子铺更容易吸引细化的群体，针对性更强。”一位经常往返于香港和郑州的格主孟女士说。

地震虽然目前是人类无法避免和控制的，但只要掌握一些技巧，也是可以从灾难中将伤害降到最低的。
1.为了您自己和家人的人身安全请躲在桌子等坚固家具的下面
大的晃动时间约为1分钟左右。这是首先应顾及的是您自己与家人的人身安全。首先，在重心较低、且结实牢固的桌子下面躲避，并紧紧抓牢桌子腿。在没有桌子等可供藏身的场合，无论如何，也要用坐垫等物保护好头部。
2.摇晃时立即关火，失火时立即灭火
大地震时，也会有不能依赖消防车来灭火的情形。因此，我们每个人关火、灭火的这种努力，是能否将地震灾害控制在最小程度的重要因素。
从平时就养成即便是小的地震也关火的习惯吧。
为了不使火灾酿成大祸，家里人自不用说，左邻右舍之间互相帮助，厉行早期灭火是极为重要的。
地震的时候，关火的机会有三次
第一次机会在大的晃动来临之前的小的晃动之时
在感知小的晃动的瞬间，即刻互相招呼：“地震！快关火！”，关闭正在使用的取暖炉、煤气炉等。
第二次机会在大的晃动停息的时候
在发生大的晃动时去关火，放在煤气炉、取暖炉上面的水壶等滑落下来，那是很危险的。
大的晃动停息后，再一次呼喊：“关火！关火！”，并去关火。
第三次机会在着火之后
即便发生失火的情形，在1-2分钟之内，还是可以扑灭的。为了能够迅速灭火，请将灭火器、消防水桶经常放置在离用火场所较近的地方。
3.不要慌张地向户外跑
地震发生后,慌慌张张地向外跑,碎玻璃、屋顶上的砖瓦、广告牌等掉下来砸在身上，是很危险的。此外，水泥预制板墙、自动售货机等也有倒塌的危险，不要靠近这些物体。
4.将门打开，确保出口
钢筋水泥结构的房屋等，由于地震的晃动会造成门窗错位，打不开门，曾经发生有人被封闭在屋子里的事例。请将门打开，确保出口。
平时要事先想好万一被关在屋子里，如何逃脱的方法，准备好梯子、绳索等。
5.户外的场合，要保护好头部，避开危险之处
当大地剧烈摇晃，站立不稳的时候，人们都会有扶靠、抓住什么的心理。身边的门柱、墙壁大多会成为扶靠的对象。但是，这些看上去挺结实牢固的东西，实际上却是危险的。
在1987年日本宫城县海底地震时，由于水泥预制板墙、门柱的倒塌，曾经造成过多人死伤。务必不要靠近水泥预制板墙、门柱等躲避。
在繁华街、楼区，最危险的是玻璃窗、广告牌等物掉落下来砸伤人。要注意用手或手提包等物保护好头部。
此外，还应该注意自动售货机翻倒伤人。
在楼区时，根据情况，进入建筑物中躲避比较安全。
6.在百货公司、剧场时依工作人员的指示行动
在百货公司、地下街等人员较多的地方，最可怕的是发生混乱。请依照商店职员、警卫人员的指示来行动。
就地震而言，据说地下街是比较安全的。即便发生停电，紧急照明电也会即刻亮起来，请镇静地采取行动。
如发生火灾，即刻会充满烟雾。以压低身体的姿势避难，并做到绝对不吸烟。
搭乘电梯的话
在发生地震、火灾时，不能使用电梯。万一在搭乘电梯时遇到地震，将操作盘上各楼层的按钮全部按下，一旦停下，迅速离开电梯，确认安全后避难。
高层大厦以及近来的建筑物的电梯，都装有管制运行的装置。地震发生时，会自动的动作，停在最近的楼层。
万一被关在电梯中的话，请通过电梯中的专用电话与管理室联系、求助。
7.汽车靠路边停车，管制区域禁止行驶
发生大地震时，汽车会象轮胎泄了气似的，无法把握方向盘，难以驾驶。必须充分注意，避开十字路口将车子靠路边停下。为了不妨碍避难疏散的人和紧急车辆的通行，要让出道路的中间部分。
都市中心地区的绝大部分道路将会全面禁止通行。充分注意汽车收音机的广播，附近有警察的话，要依照其指示行事。
有必要避难时，为不致卷入火灾，请把车窗关好，车钥匙插在车上，不要锁车门，并和当地的人一起行动。
8.务必注意山崩、断崖落石或海啸
在山边、陡峭的倾斜地段，有发生山崩、断崖落石的危险，应迅速到安全的场所避难。
在海岸边，有遭遇海啸的危险。感知地震或发出海啸警报的话，请注意收音机、电视机等的信息，迅速到安全的场所避难。
9.避难时要徒步，携带物品应在最少限度
因地震造成的火灾，蔓延燃烧，出现危机生命、人身安全等情形时，采取避难的措施。避难的方法，原则上以市民防灾组织、街道等为单位，在负责人及警察等带领下采取徒步避难的方式，携带的物品应在最少限度。绝对不能利用汽车、自行车避难。
对于病人等的避难，当地居民的合作互助是不可缺少的。从平时起，邻里之间有必要在事前就避难的方式等进行商定。
10.不要听信谣言，不要轻举妄动
在发生大地震时，人们心理上易产生动摇。为防止混乱，每个人依据正确的信息，冷静地采取行动，极为重要。
从携带的收音机等中，把握正确的信息。相信从政府、警察、消防等防灾机构直接得到的信息，决不轻信不负责任的流言蜚语，不要轻举妄动.

uhhh, no. the point is getting kids to know right from wrong. more to the point getting kids to IMITATE video games IN CONTEXT. in other words, if you ARE confronted by a group of rampaging orcs that are about to kill you, by all means, run away, fight them, or kill yourself to spare the experience of being molested by giant smelly inhuman things that want to eat your flesh. but in the case of racing games and games like "grand theft auto" just like the games profess, if you do these things in real life (just like in the game in the case of GTA) you will have consequences to deal with, and unlike grand theft auto, life has no god mode, and no extra lives, and you don't just "respawn" after the police take you down in a high speed car chase, and a 238mph crash does NOT result in your car blinking in and out of reality, and resetting itself to a neutral position in the middle of the road (nfs series)
people that buy the BS that video games are dangerous, ARE MORONS! parents that do not guide their children by rational thought, and don't teach their kids that "this is a video game, and real life is a lot different" and parents that don't play video games with their kids, to find out what kind of content they are exposing their children to, without ANY GUIDANCE as to what to think about the graphic violence, nudity, explosions, terroristic impulses, I mean seriously, I think it's about time you idiotic parents that think its all the video games' faults, and yet can't "control" your kids because they just subvert your will and find ways to play anyway, and because you take it away from them will only want to continue to do it into their adult lives all the more, which will cause them to get fired a lot when they start playing video games on the computers in their places of employment.
All parents that complain about the video games their kids play, need to start playing their kids games to see what they are up to, pose it as a friendly endeavor with your child, "can I play your game with you?" if they only have it on "their" computer and are playing the game, and if the game is single player, don't be upset if they say no, they no you are a "NOOB" and they will have to teach you everything about the game if you are confined to their room, instead ask if you can borrow his CDs keep "backup copies" of all of his game discs for him, and show him the value of that, I know I got pissed later in life when any of my CDs went missing or got scratched. several of my video games got destroyed by friends and friends' children. and parents spouse's or girlfriends' children. in fact I have none of the several thousand dollars I have spent in my lifetime nor any of the games left to show for it, aside from the games I currently play. which are mostly racing games, and an MMO but its not world of warcrap. Lord of the Rings online is my drug of choice, and I am kind of taking it slow, I have one level 49 that I've been teasing my guildies with, I've taken months, building him up, and he is now half way through level 49, and I go on raids, so I don't get too much experience, but a lot of loot. well not very much really but mostly epic loot. I also encourage my children to play video games occasionally, and to understand that they are playing a game. I mean saying that someone is going to run over a hooker because they saw it in a video game, is like saying that noone alive today has ever played Lemmings. and if you don't get that analogy, go play lemmings. if you are right though, I wouldn't play it, because you will eventually have to kill yourself, as a main theme of the game is suicide
